1. Correct installation:

According to the working conditions of the equipment (temperature, medium, speed, etc.), choose the right oil seal material (such as fluororubber, silicone rubber, EPDM rubber, etc.) to ensure that it has sufficient heat resistance, oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.

3. Regular inspection and maintenance:

Regularly check the status of the oil seal and shaft to ensure that there is no wear, damage or aging. If the oil seal lip is found to be worn or loses elasticity, it should be replaced in time.

4. Keep the surface of the shaft and housing clean: 

Ensure that the contact surface of the shaft and housing is smooth, without pits and scratches, and polish it if necessary to ensure the sealing effect.
